At I'd Quote That, every single item is custom-made to order. Because we do not keep a physical inventory of pre-printed goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order! If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design), we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

To file a claim for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at service@idquotethat.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear, well-lit photos showing the defect or damage, as well as a photo of the QR code/barcode label on the packaging if available.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
